Since several of our vineyard blocks are not yet in full production, we often supplement our estate grown fruit with sourced grapes from several of the country’s top wine-growing regions. We are constantly searching for more local sources of premium fruit, and our goal for the upcoming season is to source only from NJ and its contiguous states in order to produce wines that are more reflective of our region. We insist on working closely with our growers to establish quality parameters and we pay top dollar for the highest quality fruit available each year.
Our winery is equipped with some of the best equipment available to the industry, and our wine is handcrafted in small batches using traditional techniques to maintain its unique personality and premium quality. We offer options to please a range of taste preferences as diverse as our customers, with a focus on food friendly, New World-style wine.
